Oaks Woodland Retreat

The exterior combines James Hardie board-and-batten siding, natural limestone, and black Marvin windows. A welcoming front porch leads to a grand entrance with views through the great room to the backyard pool and outdoor living spaces.

The great room features distressed ceiling beams, a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, a statement rustic farmhouse light fixture, wet bar, and large windows overlooking the pool and woods. Just beyond, the kitchen showcases Taj Mahal quartzite, custom stained and painted cabinetry, a wood hood, and Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. An oversized working butler’s pantry, dedicated Miele coffee station, and dining room with a wraparound serving counter provide additional space for entertaining.

White oak flooring, red oak millwork, and distressed wood details carry the rustic farmhouse aesthetic throughout the main level. The rear of the home opens to a covered patio with an outdoor kitchen, pool, and dedicated pool bath, creating an easy connection between indoor and outdoor entertaining.

The primary suite includes a large walk-in closet with island and laundry, along with a spa-inspired bath featuring Travertine tile, a soaking tub, and zero-threshold shower. An adjoining four-season porch features a vaulted cedar shiplap ceiling and floor-to-ceiling Fond du Lac stone fireplace with direct access to the outdoor living spaces.

Upstairs, bedrooms, a craft room, and large bonus room create a private retreat for the owners’ grandchildren. The lower level continues the focus on entertaining with a dedicated theater, game room and wet bar, wine room, sauna, exercise room, and pier fireplace.

Located in a new Western Wisconsin development with convenient access to Hudson and Stillwater, this Artisan Home brings together thoughtful design, distinctive craftsmanship, and spaces created for gathering across generations.
